Had a feeling that may happen

    Basically ad reads
WANTED - Strange Request - Borrow Ferret

the guy has a 5m underground pipe he needs to get a cable through so he wants to borrow a ferret, so he can tie string to it and send it through the pipe.

Why specifically a ferret? is he a speciesist???

Why not a cat? or a mouse? or a little dog? or a mole? or a tarantula?...

We thought ducting was measued in mm diameter not animal size that can be stuffed through it.

the waste pipe from my loo is dwarf rabbit size... at least I know what to use next time it blocks!

  • hello to ella_ella_ella, Kamperkat, urg123, stressedoutmumof1, loki13, lizzie dripping, welshgirl78, starrypuss, janie63, thriftmonster, Tibbie's Mum, jinky67, Reya, HappinessHUnter, Somnium, Aliwali, Chunters_a_lot, MadMonkey, NicNocs, blackbelle, Rachebud, mummyifrayne -Wickedkitten, Tidy Up Tash - you have certainly come to the right thread if you want to make a difference in your home. :D

WELCOME TO THE WEEKLY FLYLADY(AND GENTS) THREAD

A new thread is starts on a Sunday evening via a link from the current thread so keep a watch out and dive in!

Make sure you read the first post carefully as it contains all the info and abbreviations that we use!

A new list is added to the 1st post every evening by pigpen our illustrious leader and by the weekend you will have been round the whole house.

Dont get stressed with the mess just try to do the list to whatever level you can manage depending on your home circumstances - work, children OH's!!!!

Even if you only manage level 1 everyday when you come back to that room next week you will find it is easier and as time goes on it becomes more manageable and you will see huge differences - I know it sounds impossible but I can vouch for the fact it works!!!

Remember your home didnt get in a mess overnight so dont expect it to get tidy in a day!! Dont try to do the whole house at once - you will tire yourself out and sicken yourself - we have all tried it!! BABYSTEPS - little and often and you will be amazed at the improvement.

POst what you have done and forget about what you missed - there is no such thing as failure on here!!!

Dont worry if you cant keep up with the thread it moves very fast just now - just pop in and post and let everybody know how you are doing!

The support, encouragement and friendship on here is simply THE BEST! ask any questions and we will give you our tuppence worth - sometimes sensible sometimes totally insane!

We dont bite - well most of us dont -have fun!!
WELCOME to the totally bonkers mad house!!!!
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

lol, was going to recommend my Mum's pet rat... I thought maybe he'd read some advice on MSE for Old Style DIY and someone had said "why buy rods when you can use a ferret!"

I can think of a few occasions I'd rather have a rod than a ferret... :p
