I'm in, unfortunately we were both sick from about the 21st so except for the mornings when we were feeling less than poorly and could do a quick tidy, it's a bit of a mess. It's not easy having a good time. Even smiling makes my face ache.0 -
So mumoffour age gaps of 3 then 2 then 2 is that about right ? Nice to see someone else who has survived! I feel like I am living in a madhouse./ I dropped round a friends on New Years Day to say thanks (theyd had us the nigh before). It was their tea time and it was so calm. They have a 5 yo and a 1yo so like me but without the middle one. Our mealtimes are just never like that. Someone is always shouting or giving off.
I seem to always be telling the older two to sit still/stop fidgeting/stop kicking me (or each other)/ use their cutlery not their fingers/to be careful with their drinks/eat up/stop playing with their food/stop waving their food around/lean over their plates so it doesnt all spill on the floor/etc etc
How can I calm it all down a bit without it being a complete chimps tea party ????Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

Just tell me each week how much you've lost and total loss to date this year. Only total loss from start of this challenge not total loss if you are already losijng otherwise the rest of us look bad !!!1!
Anything for a giggle.. count me in.. I am REALLY bad at this.. cos I eat junk food and usually just don't eat at all... it is possible to survive on satsumas!!
*Though.. as I am so bad.. will people REMIND me to eat and REMIND me NOT to eat junk.. MAKE me buy fruit and eat it.. I can eat satsumas, clementines, mandarins and oranges... I cannot eat.. anything red, apples, bananas, kiwis, lemons, limes or melon.. they ALL make me ill.. and I don't like the texture of pears.*
Jill.. my lot are 17, 14, 13, 11, 10, 8, 6 and 4 ... 18 month -2y 8 month gaps.. it gets easier!!! Usually when the littlest is about 2/2.5.. see.. not long!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
