Welcome to Lainie, you already know this is a great thread --- don't go away.

    Bindiboo -- that is fantastic.

Vix -- a little more research is called for I think. Could you not ask your arriving cruise passengers to whip their bits out and then compare to a colour chart? Those interesting names that are chosen for paint colours could be extended ... penile pale, rampant red, boyish beige, tempting tan (well maybe not very tempting usually IMO),nadel nude .......

Good for you for a 7.25km run. Haven't done more than 5.9km yet but I reckon i could build up to it. Missyg's 10km in 1hr 10m scares me a bit!

Haha - it was a plod! You could probably speed walk it faster! I'm going to give it another go this week, weather permitting, but I'm trying not to get too hung up on times because not clock watching made me enjoy the run (jog) a bit more - and I wasn't stressing over having to cross the road sometimes, or when a van was parked in my way, all the little things that slow us down :)

hahahaha. Bit like the old pearl drops colour chart for your teeth. How fab but the chances of me being arrested are quiet high. Theres a big old police presence at dover port for some reason, its like their still waiting for the germans down there.

Pinklipgloss: OMG. Married. How fabbo. LOSE WEIGHT 21 TRIP TO GRETNA GREEN FOR PINKLIPGLOSS'S WEDDING!! Shotgun being bridesmaid!!! Hahaha, perhaps you can have a traditional scottish affiar and i can whip out my penis colour chart for a bit of scottish penis research. Being that far away from the equator im sure tans are few and far between. Infact isnt beanie scottish? she would be the best person to ask i think! :p

Totally off subject but I am so proud of my son I had to share this with you.

Ryan has always been in a wheelchair and in April he had an op to lengthen the tendons in his legs to increase his flexibility and to stop him being in pain. The op was never intended to help him become mobile just make things easier for him as he grows. Since having the plaster casts removed he has put up with very intensive physio daily and has remained happy throughout.
Today was his school Sports Day, he made me cry.......

  • Hi
STS for me this week. Not surprising as I have eaten too many toffees at work and OH brought home a huge bar of toblerone which is now out of harms way!:D No matter how hard I try I don't succeed so I am now officially giving up. I will continue to eat healthily and keep up with my walking but don't feel I can claim to be 'dieting' as I don't know how.
I don't know how you all manage to lose weight every week. Well done to you all.
