Anyone have any ideas when the NS&I will release any more Index-linked Savings Certificates? I really enjoyed them doing them every month. :)

Tesco Internet Saver
Tesco Bank increased the interest rates on Internet Saver on 3rd February, but this increase only applies to new applications. Does anyone know a way to switch from the old account to the new with minimum fuss?

Santander ISA does not allow cash withdrawals!!
I just signed up for a Santander savings account which supposedly comes with instance access. However, when I log and and can see my balance I can't see any way to withdraw the money !!! rule of thumb on Company Value
Does anyone have a quick way to estimate the market value of a company (quoted plc) compared to the actual MV? Currently, I times profit before tax by 10 add current assets and subtract total liabilities. I know its pretty much a rough and ready reckoner.
