I doubt you will get any more viewers unless you drop to 205 or less. This is supposedly leak season for viewings!0

I'd say, tidy up, declutter, take more GOOD photos. Leave the price where it is and be patient. Also keep an eye on what is selling particularly on which estate agent locally seems to be shifting property. If there's an agent locally that seems better at selling than others then they're the ones for you. New agents to an area often work a bit harder than the established ones, but keep driving around your area, spotting which For Sale boards turn to Sold the quickest.0

It's in Bodmin, previously known for "cheap housing". Maybe £212k is a little rich for most locals.
Off road parking (doesn't say how many for, so I have to assume just 1) + steps means you'll get dismissed by people expecting children imminently, or those who already have prams/buggies etc. It'll also put off people looking to move there for a retirement, anticipating or having mobility problems, or envisaging problems getting their old mum/dad in and out. Both these groups might also be put off by the image showing not a "view" but "a bl00dy hike up a hill home", I don't recall that road being that steep, so it might be the image making it look like that. In reality you're "practically in town", but it doesn't look like that to incomers.
Bathroom looks a little odd on the plan - do you have to go in, then bolt both doors, or what?
Houses over three floors also put off a lot of families because the parents don't want to be at the top of the house, with the opportunity for kids to go midnight wandering out of the front door unheard/unseen.... or intruders getting to their kids first.
So that leaves you with sharers, couples/singles who don't want children and don't want the hassle of gardening who only have one car.... and want to live in Bodmin.0 -
If you price it at £199,000, you might get a couple of bidders, and end up with a bit more.“What means that trump?” Timon of Athens by William Shakespeare0

its a jack and jill bathroom- yes can lock both doors if you need to.
we've got two children under 2 so the steps dont bother us but I can see how it does to others. Ive just taken the 'view' picture down- also because of previous comments regarding the council houses below- which it is showing!0 -

Bottom line is that no-one (I hope) is going to buy it without driving/walking through the area then viewing it? There is no point in pretending that the surrounding area isn`t there, just price it at a level where you get interest, and offers.0 -

OPs house is better than both yours and cakegut's links though (no central heating, smaller rooms, less toilets, older decor and bathrooms/kitchen etc etc), so in theory it should be worth more in the eyes of buyers.
The outside space is likely to be a big factor. I can't comment on other reasons though as I don't know the area.0
