IOS 7 for i-phone love it or hate it?

Just downloaded the new I phone upgrade.
I hate it. I don't like the colours and the new format. But I can't go back apparently...

    Why did you upgrade then? It's hardly a surprise how it looks since it was announced months ago.

    It's change and noone likes change, but you'll get used to it.

    I don't look at things like that. I get a message saying upgrade and assume that it's better....

    It may well be, but I am not that keen on the new format. I think there is lack of definition in the controls.

    In the old format there was a nice defined slide bar to open the device, now it's a vague series of lettering.
    Same with the send button in messages....

    I am sure I will used to it, but I think it could have been better

    I hate it. Have lost all my apps. Nightmare. If I restore it back to my last icloud backup will it reset to the old version? Wishful thinking I guess...

    No, you should end up with all your content but still be on IOS7.

    I thought I had lost mine but they inserted a new icon on the home page which pushed one icon on to the second page on its own. HAve a look at the dots at the bottom of the screen - you should find you have more screens further along that you can scroll to. You just need to move the icon on its own to another page.

    I wasn't sure of the new colourful home screen to start with as it seemed a bit childish but overall I like it now. Things seem much crisper and more modern, especially the animations when performing certain actions.

    I said on Facebook I reckon there will be people complaining about it all over the web :D

    i am getting used to it now on i phone 5.i read to update all apps before updating to IOS7.
    is it just me but i found the icons on screen before the update easier to read.
    i have changed the home screen colour

    Last update I did on mine went fine but then the backup wouldn't reload the apps and associated data. Nightmare, lost all sorts of passwords from my keeper app and a ton of other stuff. Might hold off on this one for a while.
