All Boxed Up

Hi I have had the same treatment by all boxed up and I’m very frustrated. I’ve always bought from them but they’ve become increasingly unreliable and I’ve been a good customer over the years but I won’t shop there again. I can’t understand why they are still advertising goods for sale when they won’t refund us or at least send us something else. It’s very frustrating when they won’t reply to email and there is no number to call them ��

I too have ordered from this company in the past and whilst being very slow the goods eventually arrived. This time however, I ordered in September 2018 and waited until November for delivery, I emailed for an update and they offered me a refund which I haven't received. After numerous emails with no response, I heard from Claire in January who informed me that the director had been ill and was in hospital and no one else had the authority to issue a refund. Since then no response to emails. I too am still receiving emails advertising their latest boxes!

Hi I'm in same situation they owe me £32 and I received an email from karen davis advising me she had been seriously ill and had left the company in capable hands!! She was apologetic and said she would raise refund which she did for £10!! Which still left £32 outstanding in refunds. I emailed her several times after this and no reply. I spoke to citizens advice who advised me the company are in breach of contract so I am pursuing further. They have fobbed off loads of customers and I had no idea how huge this problem was
