I’ve just called the number posted recently and they have given me another number to call 0333 0093219. They’ve taken my details and will pass on. She was unable to confirm, however, if I was through to the company Allboxed up! How very sad!!?? I will keep you informed x

Have now been on west Sussex trading standards web page. Theres a link on there to submit a complaint to citizens advice. Suggest others do this also. (I have said I am one of many who have been robbed ) I have rang all boxed up on both 01903884663 and 03330093219 and the person who answers say they just pass messages onto all boxed up - who of course don't respond. Get the complaints in via west Sussex trading standards as above. Situation is disgraceful

Same 'product, same problem - not received it, ignored emails, & No Refund. In Jan'19, they sent an email saying it would be finally delivered w/c Mon 21/Jan('19):- it never arrived & I've sent 3 or 4 emails to them asking for delivery 'please', then eventually I requested a 'Refund'.
This seems to be a very small company of 2 or 3 people (I think), running on a very tight budget, working on a part-time basis. My last email to them was early last week (after receiving yet another email-campaign from them, so I knew they were still an active company), stating my serious disappointment & yet again asking to have a refund from them - I Still haven't received Any email from them regarding my complaints, nor has the product been delivered, nor have I received a Refund! Really bad business practices, obvs doesn't care about her Customer-Base!

How utterly ridiculous for Trading Standards to suggest contacting the company about their complaints procedure. A new layer of unhelpfulness.

I have, like others, used them for a long time, and am a VIP customer. Never again.

I received a most apologetic email on 9 March but nothing further and certainly no refund!

After reporting to west Sussex trading standards, citizens advice, and BBC watchdog I too got an apologetic email from Karen Davis (but not the refund I have repeatedly requested. Says orders for this Superfacialist collection will be sent immediately after 22/3/2019 as will refunds. So we will see if this company are as good as their word !! Can everyone report back to confirm if yours arrive

Hi I have had the same treatment by all boxed up and I’m very frustrated. I’ve always bought from them but they’ve become increasingly unreliable and I’ve been a good customer over the years but I won’t shop there again. I can’t understand why they are still advertising goods for sale when they won’t refund us or at least send us something else. It’s very frustrating when they won’t reply to email and there is no number to call them 😡
