They were closed over the bank holiday.

They may have shut the email to prevent a build up of messages or there may be a build up of messages and it is full.

I had the same thing, my email returned as undeliverable, but I sent it on 13 May, so no bank holiday excuse there.

I have unsubscribed from the list and marked it as spam on the unsubscribed page

Exactly the same problem. It sounds like everyone has the same emails. I have also been a long-term customer. I intend writing to the Daily Mail as they often advertise All B-Up. I've just sent All B-Up an email threatening legal action (probably won't work, but I'll enjoy giving them grief). Small Claims Court.

Hello all

Came across this thread and had to respond. I ‘know’ Karen Davis and I know her company. She is a con woman and gets way in over her head, buying products for boxes that she then can’t fulfil. She owes money to brands and she has pulled her Facebook company page in an attempt to stop people contacting her

She has set up a new box called ‘Time of your life’ You'll find her on Twitter under that name. You’ll also find her by googling Time of your life beauty box. So that’s another avenue to get hold of her

She has no staff. It’s just her. To my best knowledge she hasn’t been ill.

She’s doing Time of your life beauty boxes so whatever you do, don’t buy one!

Don't buy I've had to do a chargeback on my credit card for a box I ordered in May.

I was interested to read all the comments.

I have used this company for 3 or 4 years, bought loads of boxes and never had a problem. I had one box which didn’t turn up, I emailed them and got a response in 2 days, they sent me a replacement immediately. The last box I got was about a month ago.

I have emailed them in the past to ask about products and have always had a reply.

Not sure if you have all been unlucky or I have been very lucky.

I too have used this company for years, and had no problems until the current unravelling.

Unlike you I have had all attempts at communication ignored, unless you count the email saying she had been gravely ill, offering me a voucher to compensate for the late delivery.

Since then, no delivery and no replies to emails, but offers of new boxes.

The only thing remotely resembling an explanation is in the post by BatWing.

Hooray! I have finally received my refund for goods ordered in January that were never delivered. I contacted Karen Davis via her new company Time of Your Life. If you use that to send an email it seems to work.
