Thanks MCI - it felt like a much lazier day yesterday although I still did 20,000 steps!
Today I've
- finally () made contact with a solicitor about making a will
- renewed our joint breakdown cover after negotiating a £60 discount (40%) and 15 months cover instead of 12 months :T
- successfully asked Morrisons to credit my loyalty account with 5,000 missing points (£5)

I didn't realise that I'd been AWOL for quite so long
You haven't missed much as it's a bit dull here in MWC-land :rotfl: I'm waiting for my niece/nephew to be born and Mr MWC was in the Netherlands this week.

- received £30 JL GV from CC
- received 4 x £8 off a £40 spend coupons for Waitrose
- £450 OP'd to mortgage
- up to £38.50 on OP
- 3 boxes of eggs sold for £4.50

It certainly is overwhelming - I had that problem and choosing tiles was the worst!
To be fair, I can usually visualise how things are going to look, but had no real idea with the kitchen - I am so glad it's turned out how it has - really happy.
Good luck with your decisions - I found it's best not to dwell on them too long - go with your instinct.

I am admiring your energy! I really can't face the idea of having a new kitchen even though ours is desperately outdated and impractical. So many factors to consider and so many trades involved. Good luck with it all.Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0
