the DVLA seemed rather quick in stopping data being leaked by ranger services

however this now brings up an interesting point :

a BPA member must not pass on data to a non AOS member

(UKPC) "They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"

so , does that infer that AN OTHER can apply for data for UKPS , as UKPC are still members

I somehow do not think I will get a reply for that question if I asked

And Ranger were banned the same day as UKPC

Ranger Services Ltd for UK Parking Control Ltd– Date of suspension 22/03/2018

Why not ask the BPA the question, unless they are hiding
something and it's a cover up

the BPA say that UKPC are still an active AOS member

so , who,s getting there info? , any other company can apply AND PASS IT TO A AOS MEMBER

Mr Clarks lack of transparency shines thru , lack of direct answers And evasion

This is true. Whether UKPC would be stupid enough
to obtain the data via another source remains to be seen.
Mind you, UKPC must be pretty stupid anyway to get
    banned twice

There is a very high chance that we would discover this
on this forum .... then the fun will start
All that is needed is one new person on this forum to
tell us they received a UKPC TICKET IN THE POST, that
of course being ANPR FROM THE 22/03/2018

not a case of being stupid , mR Clarks statement that UKPC are still an active BPA aos member clears the way for them LEGALLY to get info via other companies

had the BPA decided to act along with the DVLA they would have suspended membership

the link between UKPC and ranger could point to ranger acting "unlawfully" when getting DVLA data for UKPC (have checked , they do)

Well, Steve Clark needs to come clean, we know he reads
    this forum.

Will he have the guts to explain ?????

umm I would have thought the first to know if UKPC had been reinstated would have been the BPA , and asked why they are still showing as having access (BPA website) reply was " "Your questions should be directed to the DVLA - I am not prepared to answer them."

ecplain , all faith in the BPA has now been lost

Clark passing the buck is not a good idea, by him doing so
somewhat proves that there is something going on and
will prove that the BPA is now an outdated organisation
that is not fit for purpose.

I still say that the same question be asked to Sir Greg
stating that the BPA will not provide a suitable answer
and asking why they have ATA status

coz they pay big money , some might even call it protection money , the BPA ostrofucate and lie to the general public on there behalf

UKPC SHOULD have been suspended as a AOS whilst there access to DVLA was (or is) in force

"a freedom of information request shows that UKPC are banned from DVLA access , upto 30/04/2018 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/481092/response/1154926/attach/2/FOIR6821%20Anthony%20Jones.pdf?cookie_passthrough= %20%201

please could you confirm if this is still the case , or if access has now been allowed

I note your site update of AOS members , for May shows them as AOS members , is this an oversight? ""

    and the reply :

"Your questions should be directed to the DVLA - I am not prepared to answer them.

They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"
