Bad day for me! All intentions of making something for lunch today but after getting home late last night then sleeping in this morning and running out the house with 5mins to spare..... It was a cheese pasty from the bakery unfortunately.
On plan for tomorrow! Left over lasagne for lunch. 5/18Debt Free Diary..."Start of a new chapter"

Morning All!
Including today, I'm up to 9/23, which is every day so far!
Made a bowl of chuna (chickpeas instead of tuna) mayo, enough to do 4 sandwiches this week. Added some lettuce and sliced tomatoes for some crunch. Need do come up with something for Friday, will look through my new Vegan on the go cookbook I got as a bargain price from Amazon.
Mr Thrice is on 6/20 seeing as I made his lunch last night along with my own :beer:0 -
Day 5/11 for me, soup from the freezer, roll left over from BBQ and apples from parent's garden! Cheap day today (after an expensive weekend!:o)0

Tuna mayo, pasta and some left over salad from the weekend for todays lunch. 6/18
I'm working away this week, which means a week living in a hotel! Taking cans of soup with me so there is no temptation to use the office canteen!Debt Free Diary..."Start of a new chapter"
