    Evening :wave:

    Is it only Monday? I feel so weary:eek: probably down to a,late finish at work, at least I hope it is! I'm going to get off to sleep very soon.

    Work is just hectic and showing no signs of easing up. Realistically I need to get all my assessments finished by the end of this week as next week has practically no teaching time left in it. Nine days to go :j

    Today's small steps to success and wellbeing included;

    A good sleep

    No excessive snacking

    Lunches ready for tomorrow

    Another £19 eBay money and £6.13 account rewards sent to my OS account

    A nsd

    Cheap, healthy eats (porridge for breakfast, lo for lunch and veggie tagine from the freezer for dinner)

    However, laundry still needs folding and putting away, eBay parcels need posting, didn't drink enough water and still have marking to finish :( I'll worry about that lot tomorrow:eek:

    Night night :)

    PP xx

    You do manage to get a good amount of balance....despite you perhaps feeling otherwise. I definitely need to focus on this.

    Sleep well!

    Not a nsd as we needed cold meds despite stocking up as part of last month's turtle challenge. DD had a horrid cold and now DS has. Went to £stretcher and got cold capsules for 69p and two lots of 3in1 throat lozenges 79p for 24 and the kids have said they're really good. Also got 4 cans of chickpeas while I was in there as they're only 29p and some ys milk for the freezer. Found a 2 pack of picture frames for £3.99 to finish off my last Christmas present.

    Other small steps to success and wellbeing included;

    A good sleep

    Drank enough water

    Went spinning

    Laundry folded and another load done

    Lunches ready for tomorrow

    Tomorrow's dinner is defrosting

    Cheap, healthy eats (porridge for breakfast,lo for lunch and freezer dive for dinner)

    Collected my fb market place bargain need

    Two bids on my relisted eBay items

    Off to read for while before bed :)

    Happy Tuesday to you:)

    Evening :wave:

    7 days to go :j:j. Today has been busy but on the whole a nice day. The children are a weird mix of exhausted and excited and there's more than a smattering of winter bugs so there's never a dull moment!
    I've spent the evening with my dad who is much better after a volatile period so I'm very grateful for that.

    Today's small steps included;

    Drank enough water

    Went for a short run

    A good sleep

    Cheap,healthy eats (porridge for breakfast, lo for lunch and a game roast dinner using lo veg,Yorkshire and potatoes from Sunday with some ys pork steaks)

    Lunches ready for tomorrow

    Marking back log cleared :j

    Night night
