Yey, you're back :). Hope all is well with the new house and job.

There's not a huge amount of 'me time' I'll be honest but I do have a free weekend coming up as the kids are with their dad. I'm going to indulge myself!

It really is great to have you back :)

    Evening

I've had a much more balanced day with not so much as a sniff of a crisis :j. It's also nearly Friday:j:j

The weather has been wild and I'm very glad of my double glazed windows and central heating. Lovely to get back to a cosy home and I'm grateful that I do because I know many don't. An appreciation of the simple things has been the most positive aspect of my journey so far. It's made me think about things and my priorities have shifted considerably. I'm in my clean, warm bedroom with the electric blanket on and a hot chocolate with frothy milk and i couldn't be more content :)

    Today's small steps to success and wellbeing included;

    A good sleep

    Drank enough water

    Spin class done

Cheap, healthy eats (porridge for breakfast, lo for lunch and batch cooked curry and hm naan bread from the freezer with pilau rice)

    Lunches ready for tomorrow

Laundry done and on the airer

All Christmas activity stuff for school bought or ordered.

Meal plan and shopping list done - all from the freezer (which is getting low) so only fresh stuff and a few basics needed . £13.24 spent.

I've been keeping my eye on the horse riding stuff in Aldi and today it was half price :j. Got DD some jodhpurs for Christmas - £6.99:money: Wrapped them as soon as I got home.

Photographed a tonne of stuff for ebay. Just need to list it now :eek:

    Marking up to date

Gave revision guides to a nice lady at work for her son.

Took some box sets, books and a few bits to the charity bins. They all came from CS and we enjoyed them all. Hopefully somebody else will and a bit of money raised for a good cause too :)

Lots of lovely colleagues and friends asking after dad. Felt very cared for :)

    Happy nearly Friday to you:)
