wondering if anyone knew how easy it is to get an account with a catalogue company? are they as strict as credit card lenders?

The Shop Direct Group.
They include, Littlewoods, Marshall Ward, Great universal, Kays among others and i think Studio (not sure).
They're supposed to be fairly easy to get, but Littlewoods and GU have both told me to 'get lost' :rolleyes:.
Edit: JD Williams is another catalogue account that should be quite easy to open.
