Defo speak to the school as it's not fair to put that responsibility on dd1 when there are teachers about who could deal with it themselves.......surely this is where they should be seeing that dd2 needs a bit more support at the school xx

Fingers crossed it goes well wannabe xx

    Afternoon :)

I did speak to school and they have said it won't happen again. They are going to let youngest eat her lunch in the classroom rather than go to the hall with everyone else and at playtime's they are going to let her stay in if she wants. Fingers crossed. She cried again when I left this morning :(

I had a dreadful night with no sleep so as soon as I got back I got on the sofa for an hour.

Anyway up again and cleaning done. Need to think what to do for dinner.

Trying to survey, why is it when you're nearing pay out that you are screened out of every single survey

    Hope you're all well

Yay to the school listening wannabe that’s something. What are you up to today? You always inspire me with the amount you get done and your meals you make!

I'm not doing very much today :o I have no reason to be feeling so low and fed up but I do :o So just getting the basics done. I don't think working myself up about having to go to town tomorrow is helping.

I do need to meal plan and try and make a (very small) list for over the next week. It feels a bit like groundhog day! I'd love to just not worry :o

Glad the school see it our way! ;)

I hope you get some more rest today, were you worrying about the school? Because it sounds as though they are taking some points on board and maybe listening to you more than you expected.

Oops, just crossed posts with you! I also get low moods when something is pending, maybe most of us do? Coffee definitely helps. :)

Ah wannabe. Bless you, I get worked up about stuff too! Usually when I’ve got too many things to do. I can go shopping without stressing now, as long as it’s not Aldi, always find that shop stressful with its fast packing etc. Chin up lovely. And coffee definitely helps! X

I got myself into that sort of mindset recently and am now trying to reduce it. I've done a bullet journal in the past and am now setting up a new one to keep all my lists in one place but also so I can prioritise (I hope). One of my priorities now is to do nice things that I enjoy to help me unwind and feel I've done something more than keeping a hamster wheel spinning when at home.
