Very sadly I think we’ll all been taken by the same scam. I too ordered Super Facialist products months ago and have had various messages with excuses ranging from delays, goods sent to the wrong warehouse, product replacement etc. I’ve also had the email saying Karen Davis is ill, however I’ve emailed this company many, many times both within their website and external emails, plus I have used Messenger ( and I know those messages have been read) but I’ve had zero replies. I don’t think any of us will get the products we’ve paid for, refunds or answers to our emails.
Alarm bells are going off about companies with different names being at the same address, having been a victim of something silmilar in the past, whereby company number 1 went bust leaving a trail of unpaid bills, but re-opened at the same address in a different name thereby not being liable for company number 1. At that time I contacted Trading Standards, who were aware, but said legally they could do nothing. I fear the same is happening here - I hope these people can sleep nights when they’ve cheated so many people!

This company has lost the trust of their customers many of whom are long standing and made repeated purchases. I was lucky. I recently got a refund for this superfacialist collection ordered in October 2018 but it was a nightmare. I was emailing and ringing 3 x weekly as well as posting letters for 3 months !! I felt like giving in and writing off my loss but I couldn't. There will be many who couldn't keep up the sustained complaints I made. It wasn't worth the stress and anger I went through but I wanted them to know I wasn't going away until the situation was resolved. It was a horrible experience

Well done for not giving in! I ran out of steam after the pointless correspondence with Trading Standards, but must try again.

The most peculiar/infuriating aspect is that this was not a new company with no credentials. I had dealt with them many times, and although delivery was often slow, I never felt I was dealing with con artists. It’s a miserable mystery.

I have the same story - ordered 2 of the Super Facialist boxes at £27.50 each, one in September and one in October last year. Have had the same emails and story that she had been seriously ill. I have rung them in the past but no longer have the number. Searched for their address today and found it for rent on Rightmove so I assume they have done the proverbial 'bunk'. I have reported to Trading Standards but I am not sure there is much they can do - particularly if they have moved or changed their name. I have had a couple of emails from them since advertising new boxes but have not been tempted - I like to get something for my money. Shame as I have had many boxes from them with no problems but something has gone wrong now.

I have had the same problem with them since October. Despite numerous emails and the promise of sending the box out I have received nothing. I don’t know what to do next!

I have just received refund for my orders from October, after many emails to the company and eventually after action by my local Trading Standards got refund.

I have outstanding orders from 5th January and 17th January. I have sent 14 emails and also contacted them on their website and on social media but have not had anything back!. I have been in touch with my bank who want me to contact their fraud department. I thought I would give All Boxed Up one more chance to do the right thing and tried the phone number 03330093219 without much hope. I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful Scottish lady who promised to pass my concerns on to Karen when she came back into the office.and would get her to call me back. I will see what happens!

I am in the same boat as most of you. Ordered on November told delivery late. Told will get refund. Then items are available then absolutely nothing. Tried emailing writing. No response. What can I do now. Past charge back date. They are still sending details of new offers. Help

I have sent All Boxed up two emails in the last few days. Both have been undeliverable. Looks like they have now closed down their email account. No good received and no refund as yet.
