So, yesterday I woke up with the mother of all headaches. :( at 2am!
Then I got up at Half 6 did some work and was back in bed at half 10 for a couple of hours-to try and shift the lingering headache!
    It finally dissipated yesterday evening.
Today I had a sleep in and this afternoon managed to lock myself out! Luckily I had my car keys-so I had to go to miss tc and get her keys so I could get back in. I managed to get caught in a deluge of rain (between parking the car and walking to where she was), so I looked like a drowned rat when I got there! :(
Now sat drying off with a cuppa soup

Hope all is still going well, keep finding 20p's and the mortgage will be gone in no time ;).

Lovely to hear you have settled in. And hope all is well with miss tc's health. Scary stuff, know all about Scary.

Big o/p target you have there, but if you don't have big targets - it won't get you anywhere, and sometimes surprising just how they are reached when focused.

Love to hear about housey things, decorating, furniture etc and all about work as well. (call me nosey  :rotfl:)
Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's

Well, so far we have stripped walls, repaired them,
painted them. Had carpets fitted-not on the walls though:rotfl:
We've ripped floors up, laid new flooring. Sick of decorating now to be honest.
We didn't realise what DIY skills we had until we had to utilise them.
We decided we had better make it look the best we can as we will be spending a lot of time here as we can't afford to go out much if we we to achieve our objectives (and hopefully over achieve). ;)

Oh my word, I haven't been on here for ages! I can't believe a month has gone already!
Well, I've been getting into a new routine for a few weeks and trying to ascertain exactly what all the regular outgoing so are/going to be.
I haven't made as many overpayments as I would like, however, I intend to rectify this going forward-and downwards. :)
I will post again later tonight. Off bargain hunting now. :)
