ECP Windscreen PCN - Now DRP Letters

Options
So long story short the keeper ignored a windscreen pcn issued by Euro car parks back on the 8th Aug 2017. As keeper i followed the ignore route then got issued NTK from ECP on 11/09/17.
ignored this.

Then have 3 DRP+ letters chasing debt.
DRP+ 1st letter 13/10/17 - £130
2nd letter - 02/11/17 -£130
3rd letter 17/11/17 Final settlement £110 to avoid court action. the letter is from DRP+ on the header. Have until 01/12/17 to settleor they recoment the client to appoint a solicitor and take court action.

Should i still ignore this - or shoudl i repsond (any templates to claim harrassment) or anything as keeper. what are my options. seen some threads where it says you can respond but tells you to IGNORE

DO you need to see a copy of the letter?

what should i do? and advice appreciated.

You have another thread about ECP.

    Is this related?

You need to read post #4 of the NEWBIES thread which explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters.

Throughout here the advice is clear - ignore debt collectors

See this thread designed to stop these threads:

OK, but all DRPLus cases are the same = ignore them, no need for any more threads about it. We've seen thousands of these darn letter chains over the years, no more please...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

or unless i get a court claim from ECP themselves or acting solictor?

and ive had 3 letters , so when does it become harrasment?

The advice is clear in that thread and in the newbies faq. Ignore!

The ppc has 6 years to take legal action against you

    After that they cannot.

Don't ignore court correspondence or a LBCCA. See the newbies faq thread for advice on dealing with those if and when you get them

You would be wise to keep your current address details up to date with all companies that have the possibility of starting court action against you.

As things stand at the moment, if you don't do that you may well find that you will get a County Court Judgement against you without your knowledge.
