I doubt that you can come up with a new angle , certainly not one that works and these debt letters will continue regardless for the 6 years period (or until the PPC decides to issue court claims - or until the 6 year statute is up)

as stated i didn't send the blue template which guarantees a popla code , so took a different angle in writing a proper appeal which resulted in being cancelled so guessthis method still works.

means that over the next few years your letterbox will ping every day or every week with debt letter claims for each and every uncancelled parking ticket your vehicle has incurred
think thats a bit extreme, the ecp one ive ignored from august iv have 5 letters in total so thats around 1 a month.

nobody is selling the debt on , the debt collectors are acting as agents for the principal, in this case ECP, in your MB cases it would be on behalf of MB

they are and they do, in my younger uni days i worked for a debt management company, sad , but the debts always get sold on and passed to another collector for as low as £1.

Anyone can set up a PPC, even i can and start printing my tickets. as most would pay anyway.so they issue tickets for the sake of comission if it goes through.

Really, you don’t think that anyone has tried “challenging” them?
Have you done five min of research ? That’s all it takes.

Drp don’t care. Hell you haven’t spotted that zenith ARE drp!

They aren’t regulated, they don’t have to listen to anything you write to them about. If you want to “challenge” them , then sue them for harassment.

DRP have not bought any debt, therefore they cannot
    sell it on

No, they don’t sell debts. Because these aren’t actually debts that can be sold. You’re probably confusing real debts arising from eg the cca with a speculative invoice alleging an owed sum.

No one has bought anything.i don’t know how often you can be told this.
