    Well done Hollowhead.

    It's so nice to see we are all getting there in our own sweet time.

    Slow but sure wins the race. ;).

    Last day of granny duty today. I love doing it but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't both tiring and disruptive. I do find it harder to stay on plan when I have to eat elsewhere on a regular basis. I find it easier when I'm cooking my own meals. And of course when you are tired it's tempting to go for the quick energy fix you get from carbs.

    Anyway I'll do what I can today and then I'll be able to really get back into it tomorrow.

    It's the christening in 2 weeks and I'm pleased to say I have reached my target of 11st 7lbs. I've now got a "new" wardrobe of clothes I can wear.

    Next mini target is 11st by my birthday on July 6th. ;).

    Lessonlearned I have just become a granny too :) I’m on granny duty this weekend. Hard work but I’m trying to take the pram and go for long walks :A but then I’m tired and hungry and want to eat! Can’t win !

    Morning......

    Struggling a bit this week. Keep getting attacks of the munchies and am finding it hard to stay on plan. (Or Ian:rotfl:). I think it's because I haven't been able to really focus on meal planning and get organised.

    Anyway today I'm having an at home day so I'm going to sort through the freezer and fridge and hopefully I have enough fruit, veg and salads to make some zero/low point meals and get back on track.

    I will have to remind myself how far I've come rather than dwell on how far I need to go.

    My mood is not helped by the fact I have just had to fork out over £100 to pest control to get rid of a nest of tree bees. :mad:

    Have felt crap this week, but have lost 2lbs, despite eating a few naughties:o
    Have got one of the house quotes, which is about 5k less than expected.I think next one will be at least 5k higher :eek:

    Well done Candy. That's a great loss.

    It's funny how we all seem to be struggling a bit this week with the munchies.

    I think in my case it might be boredom. I'm getting fed up with the food I'm eating. I need to try and add some variety. Literally spice things up a bit.

    The good news is I'm down another half pound. I have managed to stick to my daily allowance but it has been difficult. Proof though that if I stick to it then I know I will lose weight.

    I have learned that I really do have to track everything. I can't really just wing it.
