    Go Candy. :T:T:T.

That's fantastic, well done you. And definitely use those weeklies. I didn't at first but now I make sure I do. In fact I make sure that over the week I use up all my dailies as well.

I'm assuming that as I continue to lose weight my points allowance will be reduced. I started at 35 weeklies and they have already gone down once to 28. So I want to give myself some leeway for when that happens.

Isn't it a fantastic feeling though, to see yourself fading away. :rotfl: actually that should be flourishing away because I feel so great. :D

Sure I had a blip last week but I think that's only to be expected. But I'm convinced that you just have stick with it. I don't know why but WW is the only eating plan that has really worked for me. And I think the beauty is it will be sustainable over the longer term too.

I am still sooooo excited at finally be able to lose weight and I just love being able to buy and wear nice clothing again.

    Ah thanks.......

You know it might sound vain and shallow but I am so happy now when I look in the mirror. I really can see a huge difference. I no longer focus on how far I have to go but on how far I have come. I know that this is really working for me and that all I have to do is stay on plan and I will reach my goal. It's a great feeling because for once I actually feel in control. It's up to me and I am now confident I can do it.

I really see a difference in my face, no more horrid double chin and heavy jowls. I actually dug out a polo necked sweater the other day when it was cold. And it looked really nice. Before I only wore it round the house because it made my neck and face look so fat, now I would happily wear it to go out in.

It's the little wins like that really boost my morale and keep me going. It's not always about the scales.

Anyway another 1lb down today. Wahoo.

    Today's menu......

    B. Banana pancakes, strawberries, yogurt. 1pt for syrup
(The strawberries are a bit tart so added a bit of reduced cal caramel syrup, yummy).
Late Lunch/Early Dinner Italian Style Sausage meatballs with courgetti. 5pts (Bought the wrong high pointed sausage)
Supper.....scrambled eggs, smoked salmon. 2 Pts.

Keep going ladies. We can do this.

Went to WW weigh in tonight. Apparently I hadn't been for 6 weeks, Too busy with granny duties and too shattered. :rotfl:

In that time I have lost 7.1/2lbs, nothing spectacular but averaging just over 1lb per week. That's absolutely fine by me.

I bought a recipe book. I have now finished my half price introductory offer, not sure how much longer to keep up the membership. Might let it go after this month. I think I know what I'm doing now and of course this thread keeps me accountable. :rotfl:

I tried some sugar free jelly today, the ones you buy in pots (Hartleys). They were on offer. :rotfl: half a pot with some fruit and a tbs of cream, just 1pt and lush, ;).

    Feeling happy and positive.

    Good morning weight watchers........

Woke up with a very sharp appetite this morning so will probably need two breakfasts......:rotfl: I often need to do that when I wake really early.....so today's menu.

    B1. Raspberries and yoghurt. 0pts
B2. Cheese and tomato omelette 1.1/2pts
    L. Kedgeree, using brocolli rice. 2pts.
    D. Pork steak, loads of veggies. 5pts

That gives me a bit of leeway for maybe a nice cookie later. I bought some and then discovered they were 5 for each cookie.:rotfl: so I can only indulge by really careful planning.

Has anyone tried these mug cakes you see people on the WW website eating. Might see if I can find a recipe.

    Have a great day.......

    Hello everyone......very quiet on here.

    Another 1/2 gone this morning.......:D.

    Today's menu.....

    B1. Yogurt, blueberries. Opts
B2 cheese and tomato omelette 1.1/2
L Mushroom stroganoff, broccoli rice. 2pts
    D. Dusted Lemon sole with croquet potatoes/veg. 7 Pts

Dropped the car off for a repair. (Hopefully minor and not too expensive). Going to get stuck in now to some housework, gardening and a bit of decluttering.

Seems like people on here are doing well!

Did you get a rebounder/mini trampoline in the end LL?

Yikes, I got a fright this morning as I have been keeping an eye on my weight, but haven't been taking my measurements. I have stopped exercising the past couple of weeks and as a result I have gained two inches back around my waist and bust and one inch on my hips!

My weight is the same so it just shows how effective that rebounder is at toning up your body.

I'm going back to using my rebounder at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes.:)

Wednesday.....no I haven't yet. Not sure if my knee could cope but I suppose if the rebounder is springy with "give" it might be ok. I think I will have to try one out first.

Lovely day here, so going to get out and about. Need to get my phone sorted, it's playing up. Will pop into Aldi whilst I'm at it.

Not sure about meals yet but will start with banana pancakes and a few strawberries for breakfast. 0 Pts.

Hi folks. So back from my holiday. Put the 4Ib back on I lost before I went, my choices were not good :rotfl: however if I hadn't lost that weight before I went I would be even heavier. So taking it as a win!

Back too it today, everything worked out and 2 points left, possibly for a go ahead bar later.
