Good morning everyone.......wet and soggy here this morning. :D.

Hollowhead and Drawingaline.....Welcome back from your holibobs. Don't worry about a few lbs weight gain........all part of the holiday fun. If you can't let your hair down on holiday then when can you. I'm sure if you get back on track it will come off easily enough.

I'm doing well......I have managed to do several rollovers this week in preparation for the Christening tomorrow so I have plenty of points to play with. I won't be driving so I intend to indulge in a glass of Prosecco or three :rotfl: and a nice lunch at my favourite restaurant.

Tonight I'm off to the cinema so I have bought myself a mini bag of popcorn (just 20g). Just enough for a nice treat. If I were to buy a proper cinema size portion at the cinema I would wolf the lot and blow my diet. This way I can point it so I get to have my cake and eat it......:rotfl:

Last night I went dancing and stuck to low calorie tonic water. Very noble of me but as I was driving I wasn't tempted.

    B. Ham and cheese omelette, mushrooms. 2 Pts
    L. Corn on the cob, Reduced fat pate, Melba toast and salad. 3 Pts
    D. Creamy garlic chicken, 2 Pts, pot croquettes, 2 Pts, so. 4 pts
(Lots of veg, got some asparagus to use up).

    Loving the journey......

Another lb down this morning - if my scales are telling the truth. :rotfl:

Christening today, I have all my weeklies left and have managed to save 12 rollover points. So a total of 40 points to play with plus my normal daily points, so 63 in all.

Should be plenty. Going to have a 2 Pts breakfast so I can just relax and enjoy the day.

    Official Weigh in tomorrow.

Hope you all all well, staying on track and enjoying the journey.

Today I shall be wearing both a dress and coat that I bought online last year but which were too small. Now I can wear them. Wahoo. :D.

Well - it was a fabulous day.

The star of the show looked scrumptious in his special outfit and his new big boys haircut and he behaved impeccably throughout. In the restaurant he went into a full blown charm offensive and sat in his high chair Lording it over the assembly like a Little Emperor and flirting with all the waiting staff. Such a heartbreaker......:rotfl:

I ate and drank well and had a great time. Even the weather was kind.

Just a light supper of Melba toast and pate and a nice cuppa whilst I watch Gentleman Jack and record the Handmaids Tale to watch afterwards.....or maybe the other way round.

    Not sure which yet. :rotfl:

Had a bad weekend (they are totally my downfall) went to legoland on sat and ate there, and my son was in a dance comp on Sunday and ate out again! So two days to limit the damage befire weigh day, need to pop to @SDA later to stock up on fruit.

I didn't make it to WI on Sat AM due to feeling really rubbish with a rotten cold. The upshot is I've found it really easy to stick to points, I reckon I'm half a stone down now from where I started on 11 May. Looking forward to WI in this coming Saturday to confirm.

Hi everyone.....I'm going to skip weigh in today too. I'm just too tired......:rotfl: and anyway the weather is dreadful. I reckon I've lost 1lb in total this week.....It would have been 2lbs but I let my hair down yesterday. :rotfl:

Granny duty this morning. Took him to his first playgroup. I was starving because I hadn't had much breakfast so I tucked into bread and butter and shortbread, then a snatched sandwich for lunch. Not ideal for me, too many carbs. No idea how many points, So tonight it needs to be leftover garlic chicken.....2 points and low carb and healthy nibbles of fruit to compensate.

Don't know about anyone else but when it is so cold and miserable I feel like I want warming comfort food and treats. I really get the munchies when I'm cold.

Hello Archerub, welcome to the gang. Exercise isnt my strong point either. :rotfl:

I think the best thing is to think in terms of "moving more", instead of slogging it out in the gym or pounding the tarmac running marathons.

I think the trick is to find something you enjoy, that way you are moving more but It doesn't feel quite so much of a chore.

I like dancing.....much more fun ;). and apparently very good exercise.
