Woohoo, just secured a bed for DS room for £3.50, saving nearly £280!

Our bedroom revamps WILL be done as cost effectively as possible.

Next search: a desk for £10-15.

Thanks both! It's second hand, badly photographed and described, and needs dismantling as well as collecting. It's only 10 mins down the road so shouldn't take too long, the potential saving is worth the purchase! Hoping his existing mattress will fit it too :money:.

Surely you're massively overbudgeting for that desk? More like £2 if a bed is £3.50 and a chest of drawers free ;) Where's the challenge! :D

Just went to pick up *another* set of passport renewal forms as stuffed up the first set. So glad I did as although the first post office I went to didn't stock them, it offered to check the applications FOR FREE! That will save £19.50 on the two applications :j!

That is a great saving on passport forms. Now what else can you get for free?

Love your retirement travel plans too.

I did chuckle at the comment vix made!

Yes, they used to offer the service but don't any longer, so should know exactly what to look for. Was really kind of them to offer .

Did someone say FREE... definitely my favourite word at the moment :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Will have free day at home with DD2 today as we are potty training _pale_ for hopefully the last time. Then we won't need to buy nappies any more - yay :j.

I'm really excited about the travel plans too, we get a few breaks a year but being able to take longer breaks will be wonderful.

Yesterday I did my first 'miracle morning' routine, and it was absolutely amazing. Ten minutes each of Silence, Affirmations, Visualisation, Exercise (Yoga), Reading and Scribing (or journaling). I was literally buzzing all day, got loads of things off my to do list and published a blog post. Tried to get up early to do one today but my meds are definitely not conducive to early risings . Will try again tomorrow though, the emotional benefits are definitely worth it.
