Yesterday and today have been NSD's.

I am trying to up my fruit intake so yesterday I ate a banana and clementine at work and then for tea I made an apple sponge - does that count??

As I follow 5:2 I don't eat much at all for 2 days a week so today apart from drinking coffee I have had a bacon sandwich and that's it.

Will go back to eating more fruit tomorrow.

Have also listed some stamps on ebay - I do the RM survey and get paid in stamps and I can't use them all so I have put some on ebay and some have sold already. Hoping to make at least £50 from those.

    Evening everyone,

Got a bit of exercise done today by walking the little one down to the doctors to get his jabs then back home again.

I picked up a salad box from Subway on the way back which was my healthy eating for the day (along with a banana and yoghurt) only thing is it scuppered my planned NSD.

I am doing a wee victory dance today for bagging up the little one’s up to 3 months sleepsuits and vests. He’s into the bigger ones now (they grow so fast!) and I’ll either donate or sell his smaller stuff.

    dolly84 Super cycling.

Siebrie Excellent progress, hope you did your victory dance.

Calling14 Ouch to the knee injury. Do you remember my battle with the ivy 'tree'.

    Speky making converts already.

x_raphael_xx Hurrah foor the victory dance but keep looking after yourself, your inner ferret knows best.

    nannyg Busy schedule as always.

    ccl Hugs, just keep going.

EE fruit is good and as you are cutting calories the sponge won't do any harm.

swimming Victory dance all the way.

I still haven't spent any money. Must remember to take sausages out of the freezer (+ bake at home baguette from last Christmas). I can have that for breakfast and take my crispbread and cheese spread out for lunch (no bread left).

Sleeping is going okay. Slept well but still took 3 hours to drop off. Will continue with early nights.

Today I am grateful that DS3 got up to collect a parcel for DS1, for finding a tin of fruit to add some variety and for good weather, not quite so warm but dried the rest of the washing.

    Hi all.

I have cycled everyday since the kids went back to school and did 62 miles last week, my legs are feeling it though. Today I will do a short run in the evening but it won't be pretty I don't think.

I have bought DD a designer bag on ebay for her birthday, it is used but in very good condition and I am trying not to buy new things at all if I can. Also got DS a winter coat for school on ebay.

    Wow amazing mileage there Dolly!
