    Hi Can I join the next challenge please, I have put on over 2 stone in the past year, I am planning on going to SW next week, though I will start to cut down on the sugars from Tuesday

    I would like to lose the 2 stone I have put on:rotfl:
    but being realistic as a start I would like to lose 10lbs which I think would be achievable.

    Good luck lindez, that's exactly what I thought.
    I haven't weighed in for a few weeks but can tell by jeans that I've increased a bit.
    10 lb loss for me would be fab.
