You will get there. I did a post-grad while working at one point - it's tiring at times - although when it comes together its great. I'm glad you managed to buddy up with someone who is doing something smilr - I'm sure that will help long term not just now.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality by mid 2030

Oh no no, I'm not doing a MA. I'm doing CIMA (Management Accounts). The girl I had lunch with yesterday did a MA a couple of years ago and she was being supportive to me when I was saying I was struggling. She did hers by distance learning and I'm doing that too. I didn't meant to mislead you, sorry.
I woke up this morning in agony. Both legs and my left shoulder all the way down my arm to my hand. I was struggling to walk It's a relapse and there's nothing that can be done about it, I just have to wait it out until it goes. I took painkillers this morning and they've helped. I made it to work and I'm now on the bus home. Last time this happened (about 18 months ago) I had to take time off work because I couldn't walk further than the bathroom in my flat. I'm angry with my body for letting me down yet again so I'll fight as much as I can and hopefully it won't get worse this time. At least I know what I'm dealing with.
I'm going to do a couple of hours of study this afternoon. At least I can sit with my feet up while I do that.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000
Mortgage today = £166,457.86

I've not disappeared completely. I've just been having a bit of quiet time. I seem to be recovering quicker than last time so that's a positive. At the same time, I've had a lot going on and I've been more spendy than I should have. It has been confirmed that I'm getting a small bonus from work at the end of the month but I've been spending like I have it already which is no good because (1) I don't know how much it is going to be and (2) Oh, eh, I don't actually have it yet. *facepalm*
I'm going to catch up with other diaries this afternoon but I probably won't post much until after payday weekend (30th). I'm trying to get myself back on the wagon and I'm going to try to be a bit tighter with the funds for the next 1.5 weeks.
