    I have just spent half an hour completing the Citizens Advice consumer service form and it won’t submit! Has anyone got a working link?

    I was luckily able to get my money back via chargeback through my bank but only just made it within the 120 days.

    This dodgy company have a director Karen David on linkdin. I think everyone should start putting comments on the linkdin profile as she is the director and should take responsibility

    I am still waiting for a refund from allboxedup which was authorised by email November 8th by allboxedup. Have sent them numerous emails since then and have had 2 replies. Received email December 14th with apologies for delay and promise delayed refund would soon be rectified. Then received last email 2nd January saying Director had been ill but assured me that my refund would be actified as soon as she was back and my refund would be back in my account as soon as possible. Since then no replies to my emails and still no refund

    Good news I have just checked again and my refund has been paid into my account today!
    On February 27th I managed to obtain the telephone number of Allboxedup and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who assured me she would sort it out for me and she has obviously done so.

    I have same problem, ordered 2 Superfacialist boxes in October 2018 and after couple of promises to deliver and many emails, still not received, I requested refund of £55 , 3days ago and have not received any feedback. Will be contacting Trading Standards, Scotland.

    I ordered in November. Told me in January not available. Then said refund will be sent early February. Still waiting. Phoned and emailed. No response

    I have today submitted my claim to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards via online form. Have received an acknowledgement from them with the recommendation that I contact the company asking for a copy of their Complaints Procedure. Do you think they will oblige?

    Thank you for the telephone number, I have just called they said that they only collect the mail for All boxed up but took my details and said they will pass them on. Fingers crossed I will receive my refund too.

    I ordered superfacialist collection in October 2018. Was given assurances it would be delivered in January 2019 - it wasn't!. They have ignored all emails, all correspondence via their contact us form on their website and ignored hand written letters. They have stolen from me and loads of other people. No phone number to make contact. They're Thieves

    Ordered superfacialist collection October 2018 . They never delivered and have ignored all communication asking for a refund including hand written letters. I'm a long standing customer of theirs and am fuming that they've stolen from me
