looks like you tried to many wrong codes?
only way to fix is to pay service provider or find someone with nspro or similar which should be able to fix it.
you may lose any data on i as it may need reflashing to fix

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

Sorry, “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and 3 sometimes, so the only solution now, is by taking it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking, as there is no software or cables to unlock your phone. You are able to still use it on it’s original network.
