Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

Hi. Could somebody please give me the unlock code to unlock my nephews phone. Its a Nokia 3410. The Imei no is 351481209122230. He wants to use it on O2. I have tested it with an Easymobile sim and that works fine. Many Thanks.
