That's handy. A downstairs toilet with its very own front entrance via a second hall/front door . Perhaps they ought to charge passersby for the convenience.
But what is that on the bedroom wall in pic 6?

At a guess, I'd say a forced warm air heating system. There doesn't appear to be any radiators on the walls of the rooms..Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

Some sort of heater, the wall it's on is a chimney breast, so the bedroom probably had its own fireplace when first builtIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -

Strange...there's a radiator in the refurbed shower room presumably powered by a boiler somewhere.
And looks like there might be a radiator behind the sofa in pic 3 but all looks very partial.0 -

Very useful if they were of the gardener-employing class. But they're not.
I think the heater may be an old electric flush wall-mounted radiant fire that's been boarded over.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
