Spend time on it, a week or more to make it perfect, with evidence attached and showing that once could be excused as a one-off error but 3 times proves the inherent fault and the fact the operator cannot have had a human checking the data before issuing a PCN each time.
Your case is important for you and for other people with ANPR PCNs, so do use some of the words in my previous post and spell out to the ICO what has happened and how it has impacted your plans (business account delayed, possibly some reputational damage at work) and on your pocket, the loss caused and effect on your credit rating.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry for delay had a few family issues but am on with this now , I will sort this complaint out , I went to the bank last week to open a business account and surprise I had a CCJ , This should not have been on there as I paid the £197 so I wouldn't get a CCJ , really annoyed over this now0

Does it show as "unpaid" or "satisfied". From the date of the claim it looks like you were late in paying it so it should show "satisfied". Can you confirm? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

You misunderstand
You got a CCJ! That goes on the record immediately
Your #50 shows you knew this!
It should get removed once the court get advice from the claimant you paid - subject to the delay they told you about
But if you paid them after the month from the date of the ccj then it remains for the 6 years0 -
i paid it within the deadline , spoke to the courts the other day and they said it will come off my record usually a week or 2 after its been paid , not sure how it went on my record with me paying the £197 that was owed
" I didnt know this " , I honestly thought by paying the £197 it would stop me from getting a CCJ , I would not of paid it otherwise
Didn't help matters though when I went to open a business account and this was on my credit record and affected my credit score0 -
You knew you had a CCJ against you when you got it through the post!
You had lost the opportunity to avoid it by ignoring the claim in the first place.
Note you are relying on the claimant notifying the court you paid.
You can do this yourself if you have proof you paid in full within the month since the judgement.
A fee is involved. Ask the court for details on how to do this if you want to ensure its removed ASAP0 -
