    Here is my reply again

I Mr will clearly state again your camera's have failed on 3 occasions on my vehicle that I have proof and evidence to show , you have already cancelled 2 of the 3 false allegations but because there is money involved in one case you won't cancel it , Again I will say you have falsely accused me of being parked on car parks when I have clearly not and have 100% evidence to back me up all the way

If this case is not dropped along with the other 2 cases I will sue Parking Eye for Data Misuse and Negligent processing of my VRN data with no obvious manual checks being made at all , in breach of the BPA code of practice and the ICO Surveillance camera code of practice

If not sorted out I will Sue parking Eye for £500 for this data protection breach , loss and distress to myself and family and report the case to the ICO for a reportable data processing failure on behalf of your company

This will be my last offer to you and give you the oppertunity to have this cleared by Thursday 28th June , otherwise I will start proceedings to Sue your company

Therefore the £97 plus the £100 court fee must be cleared at no cost to me whatsoever and the default judgement cleared

I will state again you have til Thursday 28th June to gave this case all cleared , if not I will pay the £197 cost under protest but will press forward and Sue Parking Eye

You need them to consent to the set aside. The current judgment is for a total of £197. If you were simply to get them to agree a basic set aside you would need to pay £100 (which is a different £100 to the court costs already in the judgment against you).

So you should be asking them to cover that additional £100, which is the £100 Coupon-mad was referring to (the set aside by consent fee).
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

this https://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/parkingcodeofpractice.html is the interest SOME mp,s are showing in this topic , as can be seen in the second debate in parliament on 02 feb 2018 where Sir Greg Knight set it out and MP,s from all sides slagged off the companies , trade bodies and debt collection agencies , with not one CHOPE amongst them

as for individual MP,s , that depends on themselves , you wont get every MP involved, but enough of them are fed up with the topic in their mailboxes to do something about it , hence that Private Members Bill
