They seem to be filling up faster than they did when I first joined, just a few months ago. Quite often I'll click on one as soon as it appears, only to find that it's already full. Most of the recent ones seem to require quite low numbers of participants, and I suspect there are many that appear, fill up, and disappear again within a minute so if your page doesn't refresh at just the right time you never even see them.0

Definitely true, I think. Ive had surveys tell me theres 20 places left and when I click start it says there are none. Frustrating - though not as frustrating as other survey sites which can screen you out after spending 20 mins on a survey.0 -

Its unwise to check "every 5 minutes" or whatever timeframe you wise to use. If you have a browser open, I would have a tab with prolific open and it automatically refreshes while you are doing other things. The Chrome assistant also helps. If you are checking every 5,10,15 minutes you are reducing your chances of obtaining a survey massively.0 -

does it auto refresh using chrome on mobile though? I refresh about every 30 mins on mobile. cant access pc during the day0
