    Ryanair needs the money to stay in business.
    Just as it needs to deny passengers their rights under EU reg EC261:2004.
    It’s business model is fundamentally flawed.
    AVOID.

    You, giving business advise to Ryanair is laughable. That certainly isnt their business model.

    Over 2 months they have probably had 20 million+ bookings and 40 or 50 of these type of complaint- so minuscule a percentage, that they aren't taking it seriously, even if they should.
    Of course not everyone will pay £115 either. Many will be able to buy a new seat for as little as a tenner.
