Ryanair needs the money to stay in business.
Just as it needs to deny passengers their rights under EU reg EC261:2004.
It’s business model is fundamentally flawed.

You, giving business advise to Ryanair is laughable. That certainly isnt their business model.Ryanair needs the money to stay in business.
Just as it needs to deny passengers their rights under EU reg EC261:2004.
It’s business model is fundamentally flawed.
AVOID.
Over 2 months they have probably had 20 million+ bookings and 40 or 50 of these type of complaint- so minuscule a percentage, that they aren't taking it seriously, even if they should.
Of course not everyone will pay £115 either. Many will be able to buy a new seat for as little as a tenner.0
