I recently purchased a pair of 'Men Canvas Check Plaid Slip On Flat Casual Driving Shoes Loafers' which turned out to be too small.
I contacted their customer service which turned out to be a complete waste of time.
They said that returning the footwear could be cost prohibitive, so would I like to buy a new pair at a discounted price.
This is crazy as I would end up spending more money!!
My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM NewChic0 -

I also got caught out! Order paid for and confirmed. No tracking information after 20 days. Contacted Newchic via live chat. Informed 3 of my 4 items out of stock. Have hopefully cancelled the order and thankfully payment was via PayPal so should be covered for refund. They wouldn't have bothered to let me know if I hadn't contacted them. DON'T GO THERE!0

I agree. This company's product are rubbish and delivery of 2 tops took 2 months. Refund taking as long, doubt I will get it! Do NOT be taken in by fraudulent photos on their website.0
