I recently purchased a pair of 'Men Canvas Check Plaid Slip On Flat Casual Driving Shoes Loafers' which turned out to be too small.

I contacted their customer service which turned out to be a complete waste of time.

They said that returning the footwear could be cost prohibitive, so would I like to buy a new pair at a discounted price.

This is crazy as I would end up spending more money!!

My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM NewChic

Thanks for that, I wasnt planning on buying from them anyway.
  • Utter tat - do not buy from this dreadful company. The clothes are like rags.
  • I also got caught out! Order paid for and confirmed. No tracking information after 20 days. Contacted Newchic via live chat. Informed 3 of my 4 items out of stock. Have hopefully cancelled the order and thankfully payment was via PayPal so should be covered for refund. They wouldn't have bothered to let me know if I hadn't contacted them. DON'T GO THERE!

Probably because so many people can't seem to run their lives without FB. Never having had anything to do with it, it irritates me that I am "expected" to have a FB a/c.
  • Like others I got caught buying a rubbish product from NewChic. I'll check any future online purchases on MSE.

They think as its on facebook then it mist be legit.
Its why the scammers used Martins face to promote that get rich scheme but it was to scam people.

Things I'd rather have than a facebook, sorry farce-bark, account:
    • HIV/AIDS
    • A 50 calibre brain hemorrhage
    • Take a bath in liquid metal
    • Have to watch BBC Parliament 24/7/365

I agree. This company's product are rubbish and delivery of 2 tops took 2 months. Refund taking as long, doubt I will get it! Do NOT be taken in by fraudulent photos on their website.
