Kathryn I hope all goes well for you next week. Have you got a deputy for the spreadsheet?? See above about focussing on the important things...(I'm not offering, I'm afraid, as my IT skills are pretty basic, and that's overstating it!)
I will do the spreadsheet on Monday morning as normal, and then I should be fine by the time it comes to doing the one the week after. Should be home Wednesday or Thursday, and not allowed to do owt strenuous, but being on my laptop is fine, as long as I dont carry it.Zebras rock0 -

It’s been a fairly good day here for a change – if you ignore the snow!
Breakfast: fresh fruit salad (melon, apple, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, mango, grapes) with Total ff natural yogurt
Lunch: hexb egg mayo & syboe sandwich (1)
Snack: Alpen Light jaffa bar (3 ½ )
Dinner: SW lamb tagine with rice, banana with ML toffee with choc sprinkles
Snack: hexa cheese and 2 crackers (4)

Thanks for the yoghurt suggestions - I will try the Aldi one. No matter how much I buy the kids eat it... so cost effective is fab.
Beanie, when we struggle emotionally it is best to focus on one thing that you are in control of, one small thing.... the smaller the better.... preferably some little thing for yourself.
We will be here, with smut and humour, a cup of tea and even a slice of cake if needed x100 -

-2.5lb for me tonight. Happy with that considering I've just started the new exercise regime and was expecting a smaller loss as my body adjusts.0

Healthier day for me today and my body is thanking me!
Breakfast: Alpen Light (HEB)
Lunch: grilled chicken and large mixed salad, 1 tbsp Caesar dressing (2.5)
Dinner: oven chips (4), spare ribs (8), green salad
