    Great looking recipe. I've printed a copy to take on hols :T

    Your ice cubes will be pretty snazzy - I've never thought of flowers in cubes but it must look gorgeous.

    I made the pork today, planning on doing the rice tomorrow. Though now I have tasted the pork I may just go eating.gif instead as the pork is lovely :o.

    Apparently borage flowers taste like cucumber so the ice cubes should work well with G&T and Pimms :beer:

    Miss Q is definitely broody now so I've bought hatching eggs on ebay :j

    Broad bean, courgette, feta & mint frittata with rocket salad for dinner using broad beans, courgettes, rocket and eggs from the garden :T

    They were advertised as blue but are actually pale green which is a bit annoying...

    They need to rest for 24 hours before I can put them under Miss Broody.

    The rice was even eating.gif'er :rotfl:. Definitely a keeper - not that it will keep long :D.

    I'm feeling sorry for myself :( I had a broken tooth (that was causing me no problems) extracted on Monday and now I'm in agony... :(
