    hi I wasn't sure if I got grounds for appeal so done some research to see if I can point out things which break the BPA CoP. I have raised this in posts 6 and 7 of this thread. can someone see if I can fight on these points.

    I will then start doing a draft on what to include. my main point is signage and landowner authority, but personel to my situation I was hoping I could fight some other points.

    How do I save file or send file as pdf if I only have wordpad ( no word) on windows 10?

    that will prob be my headache as I am not pc illiterate just basics.


    But pls don't just give me a date for deadline ( though will be appreciated, as need it) but the other points on posts 6 and 7, as awaiting and stressing not enough time. thanks.

    You need something other than Wordpad - something that is able to save a document in pdf format.

    I use LibreOffice because it's free.

    However, how to use your computer and how to produce a pdf is really outside the scope of this parking forum.

    Perhaps read MSE's Free Office Software Guide.

    you can use an online website to convert documents from one format to another


    google the following search words


    wordpad document to pdf

    you upload the document , click convert or whatever it says (maybe choosing the output format like pdf for example) and download the completed file


    as for drafting a popla appeal in your wordpad , see post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, near the top of this forum

    hi everyone, still researching whilst awaiting help and have got some new points I might be able to challenge on. At this rate I might become a contributor!

    I was wondering about golden ticket scenario. My initial windscreen ticket pcn from ukpc did not include anything about protection of freedom act 2012, either on front or back.

    The NTK did and says " pls read post 7" above.
    can I win on no keeper liability?

    If not, you need to read Schedule 4 of POFA 2012 to form your own conclusion.

    The section headed Want to dig deeper? in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread may also help. (there's a link to the relevant part of POFA there too).

    post 8 has no relevance to my last question ( It talks about 28 days) and I have read schedule 4 of POFA and was wanting some help. Also i'm asking about PCN and not NTK which is what u telling me to read.

    I know after reading that a golden ticket exsists with PE. My question was that on my UKPC PCN (NOT NTK) it had no POFA 2012 mention either in front or back. can I win.
    and for more info I quoted the wording on the NTK (about POFA) in case the wording wasn't correct and I could win there.

    I have read and know if NTK arrived after day 56 or POFA 2012 is worded wrong, u can challenge and win, so again wanted help about PCN no wording if this is a challenable point?? as no mention except about PE golden ticket. I hope I have been clear or maybe u misread the PCN bit for NTK.

    everyone here don't ask anything, just read and form ur own conclusion.....right or wrong and then get rejected if u did anything wrong. I don't get why I cant get help to my parking points and responses like make ur own conclusion!!
