Hi coupon mad, just would like to say thanks to u especially, for ur advice.
also Redx was good advice.

I ended up sending pdf with no pics, to popla. Will this dramatically reduce my chances, just want to know my chances as maybe I should pay £60, before it goes up to £100!

Sry this has been so stressful, over last 3 weeks.

If it's at POPLA, then sit and wait for the 'evidence' then you can comment on it (but you won't be able to add any photos).

No paying a stupid PCN when it is at POPLA, what is the point of all this advice and winning at POPLA, if people did that?

my best pics were from ppc. Their sign was illegible in these pics so decided to use them until I could not convert pics to pdf... now no pics … do u think popla will use the pics provided by ppc (the photos by traffic warden/attendant)?

I only thought I should pay lessor amount if my appeal is doomed. I was not able to add pics to pdf as wouldn't convert. Also I wasn't able to get my appeal checked over, so prob messed up somewhere.

I think u may have been away a few weeks back and wanted to start appeal but advice was limited to me and had to keep reposting 2 weeks ago, but for some reason no one was replying, it was obvious I had done a lot of research.

Yes, if the PPC put those into evidence, which they probably will, so then you can comment on them, at your final 'comments stage'' before the end!

I think you've missed the fact that if a person here loses at POPLA, no-one PAYS!

Will popla read my appeal and make decision or do they let ppc know ive appealed and if they want to submit their evidence, and then i get a chance to comment at the final "comments stage"?

so if i lose at popla , no one pays meaning they will try and take me to court and then i will have to defend it using advice and letters....thats what im dreading if thats where it goes. I didnt even know how to do a pdf doc. and i end up spending a lot of time on things as too get it right.

it got very confusing for us because you had multiple threads about multiple pcn`s

so as we pointed out , its one topic , one thread

multiple threads need identifiers so we know which pcn each one relates to

look up POPLA REBUTTAL to see what others have said in their 2000 character boxes when they rebut the operator evidence, so you are prepared (there have been a few recently where I have commented)
