Any experience with YourMove for conveyancing?
Hi all! I just had an offer accepted on a house being sold by YourMove and they offered to do the conveyancing for me for a reasonable price (or at least the same price as pretty much everyone else has quoted me!). Anyone had any good/bad experiencing conveyancing through the agent? Should I go with a third party instead?

Tips on how to negotiate price - Buyer
Hi all, I am currently considering buying a home (FTB), as prices seem not to come down (West - Greater London); savings being eroded by inflation and low return rates on savings. Being FTB I want/need to understand how to strategically put offers, i.e., how low to start off and how to negotiate throughout. It seems insane…

We are relocating back up North to be nearer family and had an offer accepted on a property at the end of April. Everything has…

Buying a new house - should I sell my flat or rent it out?
Hi there! My original plan had been to keep my flat as a pension pot. I would release some equity in the flat and use it as a deposit on a new house. I'd then rent my flat out. All the figures allow me to do this i.e. have sufficient equity and would be able to achieve enough rent to cover the mortgage (on the flat) and…
