Perhaps you haven't dropped the price enough, but they are not brave enough to tell you...0

The agent was telling me not to drop it anymore but went against it when
1 I havent had many viewers and
2 Looking at other properties on the market it seems like the right price0 -
I am going to be blunt here. I imagine it is to do with the price you are asking which, although reduced, is probably still too high. If the price is right people will be interested.
Others have posted a rightmove link so people on the forum can comment on improvements that can be made and make comparisons with other houses in the local area.
Good luck with it all.0 -

Hi I did put a post on last week and most people thought it was price so dropped it 10K so in the past 10 months have dropped it 20K in total and there is a house in the area which needs modernisation is on at 5K more than mine, posters thought house was in good condition0 -
http://www.rpp.ulster.ac.uk/housing-index.php might be useful in judging the NI market, with Regional performance commentary etc.0

So far this year we've had...
the snow
the election
the budget
the world cup
the summer holidays
should we run a sweepstake on what the autumn is going to bring?!0 -
They may even start saying that the economy is a mess and houses are too expensive.
Perish the thought.0
