leaking roof - panicking
Last night I heard a loud dripping in my bedroom and noticed that the architrave leading from the bedroom to the bathroom was dripping in about 4 areas. I'm a single mum with no idea of what to do, it's Sunday so I am assuming I won't be able to call any roofers out (it's my own house, not council). Any advise?

If you have suffered a loss due to flooding appoint a public loss assessor to handle your claim get what you are entitled to in terms of your policy not what your insurance company's loss adjusters want to give you!
