Martin not addressing the LHA problem and rents in chancellor's letter
I am amazed that Martin has not even mentioned the great gaping hole between LHA and actual rent costs, it's not even like it is new, it has been going on for years... but now it is totally ridiculous...why has he not even mentioned it?
