No way would I have paid, I'd have stood there until the cashier removed the overcharges, even if it took all day.
To be fair - it can often be hard for the cashier to resolve without them getting their supervisor over the rectify it - which then holds up the other customers. I wouldn't always do it, but have before now just told them not to worry and that I'd go to customer services to sort out - 'cos it's really not that bigger deal in most cases.0 -
