    I have to ask, if you knew you'd been overcharged, why did you pay in the first place?

    No way would I have paid, I'd have stood there until the cashier removed the overcharges, even if it took all day.

    To be fair - it can often be hard for the cashier to resolve without them getting their supervisor over the rectify it - which then holds up the other customers. I wouldn't always do it, but have before now just told them not to worry and that I'd go to customer services to sort out - 'cos it's really not that bigger deal in most cases.

    That's a big response so early in the morning, I'm sure he was talking about you too. But you are so up yourself you assumed it was just me.
    Try to be nice to your customers today, it might make the day go better.

    I doubt that from the way you behave on here. Although lots of people are nasty on forums, when they are not face to face with people.
