Sweet offer! Tried the smaller 'So?' range instore as the branch didn't stock the large - they were all half price (£2-£4) but unfortunately SA said the till indicated no bonus points, so I didn't buy!
  • Hi,

SO...? Superstar 50ml is £3.93 instore, and gives the 500 AC Points.

The original SO....? 50ml is £5.24, and also gives the points.

This was at Llandudno town center today.
    Sally.
  • Afternoon!

I don't really shop in boots that much, but having been on holiwobbles last week and missing the body shop glitch:(:(:( wanted to start getting ready for whispers chrimbo:eek::eek:
    was just wondering whether......
When you buy these with the extra points, are the points added on immediately? as in, could I buy one bottle, get the points, then use the points to buy the next bottle and so on? Thought these would be great for DD's little friends at school.
Any help would be greatly received:D:D:D

Extra points in Boots are usually credited immediately, but don't think you get points when you spend points instead of cash - I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong though.

Unless the rules have changed, if you buy with points you don't get any points added at all.

Indeed, you are correct:cry::cry: I just got DH to call, let him ask the stupid questions:rotfl::rotfl:. If you pay with points don't get points.
Thought it was too good to be true, however, I may still stock up for the points. I only ever shop in boots at christmas time for the last minute pressies I have forgotten:eek::eek:
    Thank you anyway!

i bought at the weekend - paid with points and got points - it confused me cause i was sure you didn't get points if you pay with points but i did - i figured they changed the policy,
can anyone else confirm if points go on when they buy? or maybe i'm just being extra blonde
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

I was there today and it is still working, though didn't spot the Superstar -- that's a no brainer as Boots is paying you to take it away if it's that price!

    Things to remember:
    • It only works on 50ml fragrances or larger.
    • You get 500 points (worth £5) for each fragrance you buy, even in the same transaction.
    • Presumably you could use the acm total spend voucher too?
I only discovered that you can put more than one in the same transaction because I bought three and asked the SA if I could put them through separately. She was fine about it, but when she realised why I was doing this, she pointed out that putting the other two through together would get me 1000 points. I was dubious, but it worked. If I had known this before, I would have used my acm total spend voucher which offered me 200 points for a £20 spend and bought four. That would have meant that Mr B was paying me to take the fragrance away!

Didn't risk paying with points though I'd love to know if that really would work!
