  • Hi Guys!

Quick question open to anyone, I enter comps daily and at the same time enter my mum and sister too.
Is this a good thing to do? Could my entries be disqualified for this? Obviously dont want to waste my time entering for hours on end for it to amount to nothing :(
    Any advice welcomed!

By the way, nice to meet u all! :)

Hi battymatty & welcome  If you use separate accounts it should be ok although I would try at different times occasionally for mum & sis just to be on the safe side :)
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!
  • Thank you, I do it through our own seperate email addresses I just get worried as we are all at the same address!
This is a nice community on here, love looking through everyones wins etc, gives me hope for winning!

Before everyone enters, I would check the fine print, as sometimes competitions say "one entry per address", or something to that effect, so I would check first!

I generally just go to the T & Cs and CRTL F and enter the word Household, that normally shows up those that are 1 entry per address.

Rahven, I would start entering comps in your new address (if you know where it is) as some prizes takes weeks to come. Or maybe if you have a relative who will let you use their address for now. Good luck with the house move! My niece has just had to move out cos her landlord put her rent up an extra £200 per month which she didn't have.

 £200 a month?! That's completely unreasonable! Well, maybe she's best off not renting from someone like that anyway I guess? Would love to start comping in the new address but don't have one yet :S I think when we sign the contract for the next place I'll ask if I can have post sent there before we move in and then start comping in that address.

If you do that i bet you'll be dieing with anticipation about getting to the house and finding a bit pile of wins :D I know i would!
Redundancy isn't fun - comping is!

  • Been away for a few days & come back feeling much better, hoping to get back into posting comps over the weekend & will try catch up entering when I can. Even though I haven't comped much for the whole of last month I have come back to some fab wins. Won a Tangled Blu-Ray/DVD with Tangled book & a letter enclosed saying as we'd won the main prize a TV/DVD Combi will be coming seperatly within 28 days. Then in a seperate win I got Tangled 3D Blu-Ray/DVD, and also won a Baby Be Mine book.

Last month by daughter & her friend won a book from NGKids magazine that should have been signed but when it arrived it wasn't signed, to cut a long story short NGKids have sent out the book again which is now signed along with lots of other goodies to apologise - I must say the customer services from NGKids was fantastic, I have been called numerous times to tell me exactly when items will arrive & they keep apologising so it must have been a genuine mistake. Just need to find out if my daughter's friend has got all her items correctly now as well before I write back to NGKids to thank them for it all.
