Dont post here much now just have a wee lurk ! But I spat my brew over my keyboard when I read that Rach xx ( note 2 self enter comps for new keyboard :rotfl:) U n me both for VFM comps lol ! Only entred 2 ( both by accident not knowing they would be vfm's ! ) I HATE THEM !!!! Funny how many new friend requests I get when a voting comp starts lol !!! Still, makes me feel popular for all of 30 seconds

Morning all,

Just wondering what on earth is going on with the comps board, I've just sorted by date, and had to trawl through 8 pages that said 'moved' and I still haven't found tomorrows ending comps I've given up. What happened to them just 'disappearing' to game over when expired. I can't honestly be bothered looking through any more pages today.

Hope all are well. Oh can I have my tuppence worth as well - I can't stand voting comps either unless I know the person. I'm sick of getting pop up chat messages on facebook saying please vote for me, please like this. There isn't an option to 'block' people on chat now either

Chucking it down here too! Just managed to get the garden done in time!

Rahven, I would start entering comps in your new address (if you know where it is) as some prizes takes weeks to come. Or maybe if you have a relative who will let you use their address for now. Good luck with the house move! My niece has just had to move out cos her landlord put her rent up an extra £200 per month which she didn't have.

We just took the kids to the kennels to look for a dog but it was too emotional for them to see them all caged up, scared and yapping. We will look for a pedigree pup probably.

Yes have won 3 times on Fabulous site and so has DH! DD had a go at 4pm and won models makeup too.

Sun beating down now - lovely but I have to shut blinds to see the lap top :rotfl:

I've got one you can have, he's a 3 year old Boxer who has so far cost us over £3,000 in ops on his legs. He's had to have 3 months (so far) of being kept quiet with no long walks and today he is limping.....AGAIN!!!!! Give me strength! Thank God for insurance. Having said that we still haven't had the second cheque for £14,000 and we're not sure if they will pay out because the Terms say that they won't pay for the same thing twice. It is the same thing as before but on a different leg, so we've got our fingers crossed.

Aw, your poor dog. He's really going through it isn't he! Hope you get the insurance sorted out soon. Thats the only thing with pets....when they are poorly or too old, really upsetting. I've had dogs since I was little but OH has never had a pet so we've only just talked him round to getting one. (Unless his mum interferes and talks him out of it! )

DH is not too happy at the minute, he got a letter to say he's being fined £60 & 3 penalty points for speeding saturday. He was on a bank at the time at 35mph instead of 30pmh. He doesnt normally speed and said it was cos he was on the steep road he was trying to get back to 30mph.

Oh that's harsh. My OH got stopped for speeding once.....in a milk float! It was a few years ago and he was going downhill at the time. The Policeman asked his name and when he told him that he was James Hunt he laughed and let him off. Said it would go down well at the station that he'd stopped James Hunt for speeding in a milk float.
